Fine and Gross Motor Skills Development
Helping Children Gain Control, Precision, and Confidence

Fine motor skills are the foundation for writing, dressing, and independence. At KB Therapy, we use fun, engaging activities to help children strengthen coordination and improve daily life skills.
Pencil grip & handwriting
Hand strength and dexterity
Using scissors and craft tools
Self-care tasks like buttons and zippers
Where Learning Feels Like Play and Progress Feels Natural
Fine motor skills are the foundation for writing, dressing, eating, and play. Our sessions begin with playful assessments of how your child grips, coordinates, and uses their hands during everyday tasks.
KB then designs fun, purposeful activities, like building with blocks, lacing, drawing, or games that strengthen hand muscles, that target both fine and gross motor development. Children stay motivated through play, while each activity is carefully chosen to build the coordination, strength, and confidence they need for independence. Parents are shown simple exercises and tools to practice at home, ensuring consistency between sessions.
